EBC‑406 AFM – Automatic Fixed ELT

The EBC‑406 AFM from Emergency Beacon Corp is the military version of the EBC 406AF. It is a robust, aft-mounted emergency locator transmitter (ELT) designed for fixed-wing aircraft. It automatically activates upon crash-level deceleration and transmits distress signals on both 406.028 MHz, 121.5 MHz, and 243.0MHZ ensuring reliable communication with satellite and legacy search-and-rescue systems.
